Discover your yoga practice

Classes combine the grounding support of Iyengar yoga with the gentle self-exploration found in Somatic movement. Iyengar yoga brings clear, step-by-step guidance and the use of props, helping each person find comfort and stability in postures. Somatic techniques offer mindful awareness and encourage noticing small details - how movement and stillness feel inside, and how breath supports relaxation.

In every session, the aim is to help students discover what works best for their own body, gaining both confidence and ease through attentive movement.

Welcoming every student

Whether someone is brand new or returning to yoga, classes are designed to be inclusive and gentle. The environment encourages exploration over perfection, supporting each participant to work within their own range and experience. Every student is invited to take what they need and move at their own pace, with a focus on personal wellbeing and comfort.
